Tell us a little bit about your job?
I am responsible for bringing on board new Franchisees and along with supporting the network, I also run the Just Shutters Dorset Franchise along with the Dorset team.
What do you love most about your work?
I am definitely a people person and love chatting and meeting new people, watching them develop and succeed.
It also gives me great satisfaction watching a lead come in and turning into an appointment, sale and installation. It is so rewarding hearing the feedback from our customers.

What is the best piece of advice you’ve ever been given?
Life is not a dress rehearsal; there is no replay button.
What is an interesting fact about yourself?
I have scuba-dived with dolphins at the Great Barrier Reef.
