As our dedicated Administrative Manager, she keeps everything running smoothly with her attention to detail, calm efficiency and warm supportive approach. We caught up with her to learn more about her role, what inspires her and a surprising encounter with a football legend!
Tell us a little bit about your job
As the Administrative Manager at Just Shutters Business Support, I’m the behind-the-scenes organiser, making sure everything runs smoothly. From coordinating key business documents to managing Employers’ and Public Liability paperwork, overseeing vehicle insurance, and keeping track of MOT schedules, I’ve got it covered. I also support employment related matters to help keep our operations efficient and compliant.
What do you love most about your work?
The variety, no two days are ever the same, which keeps things interesting. Plus, I get to work with the wonderful team here at Just Shutters and that’s always a highlight.

What’s the best piece of advice you’ve ever been given?
“Be true to yourself and trust your instincts.” It’s simple but powerful, and it’s guided me through many decisions.
What’s an interesting fact about you?
When I was 8, my dad took me to Upton Park to watch West Ham play Manchester United. I fainted (probably from the excitement!) and was taken to the first aid room, which just happened to be in the players’ tunnel. As luck would have it, George Best walked by, popped in to check on me and even gave me a kiss on the cheek!
Name five things you can’t live without.
Family, friends, coffee, books and music all bring joy and balance to my life.
If you had a superpower, what would it be?
The ability to take away people’s pain. Imagine how much brighter the world would be with that gift.
