From matching customers with their local shutter experts to juggling diaries and nurturing leads, Charlotte is a vital part of the Just Shutters family. We pulled her away from the phones for five minutes to find out what makes her tick…
Tell us a little bit about your job.
As Appointment Setter, I am the first port of call for our lovely customers. I arrange complementary home design visits with our fabulous franchisees, manage their calendars and nurture enquiries, whether our customers are looking to book right away or are just starting to explore their options. It’s all about building relationships and making sure everyone feels looked after.
What do you love most about your work?
I love being part of the very first step in someone’s journey with Just Shutters. Making a great first impression and helping people feel confident and excited is so rewarding. Oh and my amazing colleagues, they definitely make each day brighter!

Telling my three children that I love them and am always here for them. No matter what. ??
What’s the best piece of advice you’ve ever been given?
“Everything happens for a reason, don’t stress!” It’s my go-to mantra, especially on those busier days.
What is an interesting fact about yourself?
I’ve been obsessed with The Beatles since I was a child, and last year, I finally saw Paul McCartney live. It was an absolute bucket list moment!
Name five things you can’t live without.
The people I love, music, Southbourne Beach, Friends (the TV show, not just the people!), and really good pizza.
If you had a superpower, what would it be?
To make everyone happy, all of the time. (Charlotte for Prime Minister, anyone?)
