As our Digital & Social Media Marketing Executive, Anna not only manages the national channels but also supports our business owners with their local social media activity. From organic posting to paid ad campaigns, she helps franchisees grow their online presence and generate leads.

Tell us a little bit about your job.
I manage and optimise our online presence across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest and YouTube – both for the national business and for franchisee accounts. I also look after local organic posting for franchisees, as well as running tailored paid ad campaigns to support lead generation.
What do you love most about your work?
The creativity! One day I could be filming in a customer’s home, and the next I might be writing copy or designing posts for social campaigns. And of course, the team! There’s always such a supportive buzz from the Business Support team. We’re all working together to help our business owners suceed.
I never let a day go by without…

What’s the best piece of advice you’ve ever been given?
Life is short. Love hard, forgive quickly, and live with purpose – to the fullest.

I’m a trained pastry chef and chocolatier – always happy to spread joy through food.

If you had a superpower, what would it be?
Teleportation! To travel the world, visit loved ones instantly, and always be on time – now that would be a dream.
